The mistake a lot of aspiring leaders make is that they are so impatient that they tend to skip the process of learning and observing, they so much crave for attention that they only want to be heard from, which eventually turns out bad for them because their instinct of leadership is so poor.
These are the sets of people that fantasize leadership in their minds but they never live up to it.
Show me a great and intelligent leader and I will show you a man/woman who has given quality time to learning and observing, who has given quality time to studying of how great leaders are made.
