Before you create a content, especially for a new brand, consider the following

📌 Brand Message.

Every brand has a unique message and every content you dish out should be aimed at communicating that message.

From educational, informative to humorous content, it should communicate this message.

Be clear on your brand message and allow this serve as a guide in your content creation.

📌 Discern the best method of communication.

This is not about visual or written content, rather, it has to do with the writing tone suitable for that content.

This is where you decide if you want to use a professional tone or not.

This is where you decide the type of language/industry slang to use.

It will make it easier for you to create content when you solve this from the beginning.

📌 Know your platform

Not all content type is meant for every platform.

You can communicate the same message through different means.

The way you communicate on YouTube cannot be the same way you communicate on Tiktok

The way you communicate on Facebook cannot be the same way you communicate on LinkedIn.

📌 Keep it so simple.

No matter the platform, humans are still humans. Ensure that your content is simple and easy to understand.

Generally, your content on social media should be 50% less than a printed text.

Avoid unnecessary information. If it can be removed without affecting your main message, please remove it.

This way, your open rate will increase greatly.
