Hello, Princess,

It’s another beautiful day, and I just want to remind you—YOU ARE ENOUGH. Yes, you truly are. YOU ARE DEEPLY LOVED.

Your being enough isn’t about how much you can do or prove. It’s not in achievements, perfection, or people’s approval. Your being enough is not found in what you do but in the sufficiency of God.

I know this season feels like a lot. The pressure, the expectations, the noise, sometimes it’s like you're carrying the weight of everything at once. Maybe you feel lost, unappreciated, or like you’re drifting away from the things that once made your heart light up. You’ve been trying to shake it off, to push through, to pretend it’s not there. But deep down, you know something feels off.

Breathe, love.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Last week was overwhelming for me. I couldn't quite figure out what was happening, but I just felt… off.
Like I wasn’t doing enough, no matter how much I tried.
Like I was losing interest in things and even in people.
Like I just wanted to be alone, hide somewhere, and not have to deal with anything for a while.

And maybe that’s where you are too. Maybe you feel the need to step back for a while, not because you’re giving up, but because you need to realign, to remember what’s true. And that’s okay. Taking a step back isn’t failure. It’s wisdom.

Because the truth is, you don’t have to keep running on empty. You don’t have to prove your worth to anyone. Even in the moments when you feel unseen, even when your heart is tired, even when you’re questioning everything, you are still enough.

The voice of my Lover wouldn’t let me rest until I responded. He kept calling me back—back to His Word, back to the truth.

And as I did, strength came.
Clarity came.
I saw myself in a new light.
And I kept speaking these words over myself:

"I am enough. I am deeply loved. I am a child, righteous, justified, and cherised."

Princess, I know how easy it is to crave validation—to want someone to see you, affirm you, remind you that you matter. But listen, love, NO.
That feeling, that longing for approval, is not a call to seek people’s validation. It’s a call to run to the Word.

Because your worth is not in the WORLD; it is in the WORD.

So when that moment comes—when doubt creeps in, when you feel the pull to measure yourself by people’s standards—pause.
Don’t run to people to tell you who you are—run to the Word.
Let God’s voice be the loudest in your life.

And even on the days when you don’t feel it, you already are enough.
Not because of what you do, but because of who He is.

So be gentle with yourself. Rest if you need to. Step back if you must. But don’t do it to hide—do it to hear.
To hear truth.
To hear love.
To hear the voice that has always known you.

I’m cheering for you. Always.

Your Sister and Friend,
Christianah Omoniyi

Hey, You!

I have a message for you today, and I hope it shifts your perspective.

Stop chasing and start building!

We live in a world where it’s easy to feel like we have to keep running—after recognition, approval, relationships, or the next big thing. But chasing can be exhausting. It keeps you in a cycle of always needing more, always feeling like you’re not quite there yet.

See ehn, this is not about abandoning your goals. No, go for them! But don’t just chase—build. Because when you focus on growth, everything you’re looking for will start looking for you. The right people, the right opportunities, and even success will come knocking—not because you ran after them, but because you built something they couldn’t ignore.

So instead of constantly running, try this:

Build skills that make you valuable.
Build relationships that are rooted in trust, not desperation.
Build consistency, because real success is in the process, not just the result.

Chasing keeps you on the run, but building makes you a magnet. The more you focus on becoming, the more aligned your life becomes. And before you know it, the things you once ran after will start finding you.

Keep growing, keep building—your time will come!

Your tone of communication as a leader is just as important as the message you carry.

I know there are times when you want to "say it as it is," but you must also understand that words don’t just inform—they shape lives, build or break spirits, and leave lasting imprints on the hearts of those who hear them.

I remember an encounter I had with a young lady some time ago. She had a health condition that made her dependent on others for simple daily activities—walking, bathing, and even eating. She was already struggling emotionally, searching for answers, and in her desperation, she turned to a religious leader for counsel.

Out of what seemed like sympathy and a desire to lead her to Christ, this man made a statement that deeply wounded her:

In his voice, she repeated his words to me, "Sister, just look at you. You rely on others to do everything. You're beautiful, but no man will be proud to take you home. It's just like being useless. So, you need to be serious with God."

Those words shattered her. It was as if he had placed a seal on the very lies the enemy had been whispering in her ears. He probably meant those words to guide her toward God, to help her see hope… but instead, the way he said them became a stamp of approval.

From that day on, she stopped trying. She believed she was worthless, so she started living recklessly. If she was already seen as "useless," what was the point of trying to be anything else?

This true-life story taught me a profound lesson:

You can have the best intentions as a leader, but if you lack the skill to communicate with wisdom and compassion, your words can do more harm than good.

Leadership isn’t just about having a message; it’s about how you deliver it.

That’s why effective communication is a skill every leader who desires greatness must master.

I used to think leadership was for people with titles—CEOs, pastors, team leads. The ones who “had it all figured out.”

But along the way, I realized something: people don’t wait for you to have a title before they start looking up to you.

They ask for advice. They seek direction. They follow your lead—sometimes even when you don’t feel ready. And that’s when it hits you… Leadership isn’t about a position; it’s about responsibility.

Most of us don’t wake up one day feeling “ready” to lead. We grow into it. We step up, even when it’s uncomfortable. We take responsibility, even when we’re unsure. And little by little, we become the kind of people others can count on.

Maybe you’re already leading—at work, at home, in your community—but you don’t even realize it. Or maybe you’re holding back, waiting for a sign that it’s “your time.”

The moment you decide to grow, you become a leader.

That’s why I’m making sure I’m in the room for this upcoming Leadership Event. Because if I’m going to lead, I want to do it well. If you feel the same, let’s go together.

Limited slots available!

Check the flyer for details or send me a DM to grab your spot before it’s too late.

There is something about life you should know.

Everyone is not where you are so if you behave like everyone you will never be someone of any importance.

Some people don't pay for ads and they are cashing out in millions but then before you say I won't run ads and do all my sales organically ask yourself how many followers do I have and how much do you want to make?

Before you say I will not beg for clients and customers.

Before you say I won't do inbox marketing.

Before you say I won't take nonsense from any client.

Ask yourself, have I become an authority in this field?

See dear on the way to the top, you will take some nonsense so that you can gather enough sense to build momentum and be able to dictate what you want and don't but until then keep building.

Don't do what an authority is doing as a beginner or intermediate...you might never become an authority before your sun will set.

A piece of my mind though
You don't have to comply just that I knew how many people started and I knew what they did before they started saying what they are now saying as authorities.
